I have never been involved in such a poor display a complete disgrace!! I told people at the beggining of the game who was to do what and again for some people it just dosent register into their minds. As for the people who are arguing again and you know who you are!! you are spoiling the whole team and that was the main reason we lost! Im afraid some people think they are better players than they are and im afraid they arnt!!

Bloody hell...I go away for ONE week and look what happens :O)
OK, so we got hammered and we were piss poor during the game, sometimes that happens. I wont comment on the game for obvious reasons but few points I think everyone seems to have forgotten or seems to be ignoring :
1. We are supposed to be playing because we enjoy it and its a laugh with mates.
2. Professionals are certainly not and people have to accept that they and others are going to make mistakes regularly throughout a game.
3. We are in fact, regardless of what people think, not very good. Sometimes we play well and other times we are poor.
The expectation of the club in general is far too high ( talk of promotion at the beginning of the season and what not ) and is never likely to be reached ( relegation and our current position more than demonstrate this ).
4. We lack experience as players. I dont know how long everyone has been playing but it cant be that long because most players switch off or have to be told time and time again what to do, people still wander out of position,
attempt to take over rolls that are not meant for them etc etc. That all comes with experience which we dont have which is why we get caught out a hell of a lot. If we removed these sorts of basic elements from out game we would instantly become
5 times more effective.
5. As a few people have already mentioned, blaming others is not constructive. Encouragement to do something different is useful during the game but to point out someones flaws and errors after the game is long finished is going to help no-one.
6. Not paying to play is not an option really. I can put my hand up that I owed about 3 weeks at one point but that was because I was too lazy to drive to a cash machine after the game. I personnally think Steve shouldnt have to chase people for money and moving forward if you dont pay on-time its an extra £2 fine the following week and if its still not paid the following week your not selected. I know that would make sure I had money ona Sunday.
7. We are supposed to be playing because we enjoy it and its a laugh with mates. ( See point 1 )
Well that killed a few minutes in work anyway and probably dragged everyone down...Time to lighten up the forum again I think...
Pag smells of wee and poo :O)
