Boys we need to make more effort with training at least just for the last two games we need to WIN!!
Also the club cannot afford to keep cancelling training at short notice as it costs far too much and for players who are regulars its unfair.

I agree with Pag, to cancel late on is costing the club a fortune.
We dont actually train and its just a kick about if were honest and we dont have the numbers committed every week as most people cant/dont make it.
Before I was injured the most we ever had was 10 players at training which is probably the minimum needed really. 8 players is just about work able but any less and its not worth it.
Might be worth cancelling training altogether in the winter unless more people can commit to playing each week.

The problem of charging people for training on a Sunday is that they wont pay if there not going to be there.
If your un-sure, then your not likely to pay on the Sunday...if you did make it to training you could pay on the night so saving your self cash. ...
Or at least thats what I would do...

I think you will find that it is the Scots who are the tight ones...
Dont you think it a bit un-fair to ask the likes of Goughie to pay £8 every week when he knows he isnt going to be at training ?????
